Strength.
Build a stronger foundation with our dedicated Strength Programming. This focused track emphasizes traditional strength movements like bench press, back squats, deadlifts, and split squats—designed to develop raw power, muscle control, and balanced structure. Unlike our dynamic CrossFit classes, this program slows things down and targets quality over intensity, perfect for anyone looking to increase their strength, improve body mechanics, and move with more confidence both in and out of the gym. Whether you're new to strength work or looking to complement your WODs, this is your space to get stronger—one rep at a time.
Strength programming is included in any CrossFit membership program including the punch card.
-
Yoga.
Unwind, restore, and reconnect with your body through SRY (Supreme Release Yoga) guided by Kathleen Schwartz. This gentle yet deeply effective practice focuses on releasing tension in the spine and nervous system using supported postures, breathwork, mantra, and mindful stillness. Unlike more vigorous yoga styles, SRY is slow, nourishing, and introspective—designed to help you access deep physical release and inner calm. It’s perfect for athletes looking to recover, anyone dealing with chronic tightness or stress, or those seeking a more meditative approach to movement. No experience needed—just come ready to relax and receive.
Yoga can be attended using your current CrossFit Membership or by purchasing a punchcard if Yoga is your main focus.

CrossFit Kids. (Ages 6-12)
Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and a healthy relationship with movement—all while having a blast. Through fun, age-appropriate workouts, kids will develop strength, balance, and body awareness in a safe and encouraging environment. This class is perfect for high-energy kids who benefit from structured physical activity during the day, especially those in flexible learning environments like homeschooling. Whether climbing, jumping, running, or lifting light weights, kids will learn how to move well, provide empathy and encouragement, and discover just how strong they already are.
CrossFit Kids will begin it’s first summer session on Friday August 1st 0930-1030. Click the link below for more information.
