Head Coach

Aaron brings 8 years of dedicated CrossFit coaching experience to our community. As a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, he possesses a passion and deep understanding of functional fitness principles, movement mechanics, and programming strategies, but more importantly he’s eager to build community and inspire others. Aaron goes above and beyond to ensure every athlete feels seen and heard.

Meet Julia

Coach

Despite growing up in a CrossFit box, Julia took the long way finding the sport becoming a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in 2024. Bringing a background in both competitive running and powerlifting, she is passionate about developing the hybrid athlete. When she’s not doing burpees, you can find her on the golf course or in the kitchen baking cakes. 

Meet Colton

Coach

Health and fitness have always been a cornerstone of Colton’s life. A lifelong multi-sport athlete - including soccer, swimming, basketball, and track - his athletic career led him to play collegiate soccer, where he also developed a passion for weightlifting. After his competitive sports days, he immersed himself in hybrid athlete training, tackling multiple triathlons up to the half Ironman distance. Eventually, his journey led him to CrossFit, where he found the perfect fusion of endurance and strength training. Drawn to the challenge of being a well-rounded athlete, he quickly fell in love with the sport and community.
As a coach, Colton is dedicated to helping athletes refine their movement and unlock their full potential. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or new to CrossFit, his friendly, approachable demeanor makes him an ideal guide for athletes of all levels. When not coaching, you’ll likely find him competing or cheering on others as they crush their goals.
